Data flow, source to return

Every one of these steps is already mapped. The website usually is not.

Your firm runs a structured pipeline for a client's numbers: source documents in, a filed return out, with a defined step in between for every hand-off. Most firms cannot say the same about the website that brings the client in.

LedgerWebStudio builds the site as the sixth node.

Structured the same way your engagements are: one page per service, one page per client industry, an intake step that captures scope before the call, and a review cadence, weekly updates, that keeps it current. That is what makes the site the front door of the pipeline instead of a leaflet next to it.

A page for every client industry you serve

What the current site is costing you

Five ways a firm's website quietly loses engagements

No page for the client industries you actually serve

A prospect searching "bookkeeping for a construction company" never finds a page that says so, and lands on a generalist competitor instead.

A generic contact form instead of an intake step

Name, email, message tells you nothing about entity type, transaction volume or payroll headcount, so every lead needs a qualifying call before you know if it fits.

Slow on the phone, where the search happened

A site that takes seconds to open on mobile loses the visitor who was mid-search between two other firms.

Built once, then left alone for years

Service lists, team pages and service areas go stale, and nothing on the site gives a search engine a reason to keep crawling it.

Enquiries land in an inbox nobody owns

A lead that does not reach your CRM the moment it arrives is a lead your fastest-responding competitor answers first.

Pain, mapped to the fix

What changes when the site is built like the rest of your pipeline

No page for the industries you serve
One page per client industry, built and linked from the services you already list, so a search for "bookkeeping for a construction company" has somewhere to land.
A generic contact form
An engagement scope request: entity type, transaction volume band and payroll headcount, captured before the call and dropped straight into your CRM.
Slow on a phone
Every page is custom coded and served from the edge, with a 90+ PageSpeed guarantee on both mobile and desktop.
Built once, never touched again
Weekly detail updates keep hours, team and service pages current, and researched articles give search engines a reason to keep coming back.

What it changes for the firm

Outcomes, not features

Prospects self-qualify before they call

The engagement scope request tells you the entity type, transaction volume and payroll headcount up front, so the first call is a fit conversation, not a discovery one.

The site ranks for the clients you actually want

A page per client industry crossed with a page per service gives search engines the specific pages a generalist competitor never built.

Nothing about the site is your job

Hosting, speed, weekly updates and the articles are managed for you, on the same cadence you already hold yourself to for client work.

What is in the plan

Everything on the pipeline, itemized

Speed and visibility

Fast because it is coded that way, visible because it is structured that way

A page that opens instantly keeps the visitor who was about to leave, and a page built for a specific service and a specific client industry is the page that has a chance to rank for it.

How it works

Four steps, in order, every time

  1. You pay the first monthly invoice

That starts the plan. The build fee is not charged yet.

  2. One onboarding call

We map your services, client industries and where enquiries should route, and agree the launch date.

  3. We build

Every page coded, the engagement scope tool wired to your CRM, live in 7 days on Intake.

  4. The build fee is invoiced

Only after you have reviewed the site and approved it live.

Plans

Three ways to run it

Every plan carries the same $797 one-time build fee, invoiced only after your site is live and approved.

What clients report

Illustrative outcomes, before verified reviews are added

Prospective clients used to ask basic questions we had already answered on the old site, because nobody could find the answers. The new site actually gets read, and the intake form fills out before they ever call us.
Owner, solo bookkeeping practiceMoved from a page-builder site
We serve a handful of very different client industries and the old site lumped them all into one paragraph. Now each one has its own page, and referral partners tell us the site looks like a firm that knows what it is doing.
Partner, outsourced controller firmRebuilt from a template site
It loads instantly on a phone, which is where most of our leads find us in the first place. That alone changed how many people actually finish the intake form instead of bouncing.
Founder, virtual bookkeeping firmFirst website for the firm
The AI chat catches after-hours questions and books a call before we even see the message. We stopped losing leads to the gap between a form submission and someone on our team replying.

Questions

Before you book a call

What happens straight after I buy?

You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks for your services, the areas you serve, your brand, your domain and where enquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.

What is the client portal?

It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox. You never log in to the website itself; we handle that side.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, and there is no limit on how much goes into one. New page, new service, updated prices, a different photo, a colour change: each is one revision. So is something much larger. "Build two new service pages, here is the copy and the images for both" is one revision, not four. 5 are included every month. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, with no cap on how many you can buy and no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, whatever the size.

How do I actually request a change?

Raise it in your client portal. You describe the change, attach anything we need, and it lands with the team as a tracked request so you can see where it is. You can also email us or reply to any thread with our team, and we log it for you. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month.

Can a revision add a new client industry page or update our engagement scope?

Yes. Adding a client industry page, such as a page for restaurant bookkeeping or ecommerce reconciliation, is one revision, and so is rewriting how you describe your engagement scope on an existing page. Send the copy and any images you want used and we build it within 2 to 5 working days. It counts toward your 5 included revisions the same as any other change.

What are the articles about?

They are about your website's visibility and how prospective clients find and evaluate your firm online, not about accounting or tax technique. Typical topics include how to structure a bookkeeping intake page, what to show on a client industry page, how a payroll bureau or fractional CFO practice should present its engagement scope online, and how firms in your space get found in search. Every article is 2,500 to 3,200 words and researched, not filler.
